I am potentially acquiring a home in Fells Point, which I would be moving into. It has 2 apartments. The first floor is a 1 bedroom apartment and the second and third floor a 2 br apartment. I will be living in the upstairs apartment and am seeking a rooommate. I also am seeking a tenant for the 1 br apartment. The house will be fully renovated. Timeline for availability is still up in the air, however my guess is between August and November of 2014.
