I lament over the number of legitimate threads that have taken over our once unhallowed cesspool of ridiculousness.  I never thought I'd say this but in a way I kind of miss the good old days of fighting with each other for no good reason at all.  Where did all the trolling, passing final judgments, and making uncalled for character assassinations go?  Gone are the days of constant sensationalist news, senseless conspiracy theories, and even more senseless debates.  Sure there are those rare moments where they crop up again and I have some amusing entertainment, but it wasn't like it used to be.

Then again, in a way, I don't miss it either. It is nice to have a life again after all :-P.  There is value in not being engaged in pixel snorting and stupid debates 24/7.
