I have moved out of my apt in Mount Ridge and I am looking for a graduate student or very focused undergraduate to move in.  Since I have already paid for rent this month you are free to move in now and not pay rent until June 1st.  The rent for each month is 433.33 not including utilities(bge and internet).  Currently there are two female graduate students living in the apt.  The apt is the cottage apt which is a 3 bedroom/1 bath.  There is a washer and dryer and dishwasher within the apt. Also the UMBC Arbutus shuttle can pick you up in front of the apt or it is a 5 minute drive to campus.  If you have any questions feel free to email me(nos1@umbc.edu).
