Room available for the summer

I have a room available in a 3 bedroom townhouse right off of Wilkens Ave. It's 5 minutes walking distance from a UMBC Transit stop and about 5 minutes driving to campus.
The room is pretty small but fits a bed and a desk with enough walking room. The room is $340 a month and the utilities vary month to month. The internet and tv is Verizon fios and is $30 every month.
It will be available starting the end of May up until August.
