Hi everyone,
I have written a petition to improve mental health education in high schools in Maryland. Currently, the high school health curriculum covers depression and warning signs of suicide. While this is a great step, we need to cover more of mental health.
You can read my entire argument for mental health education on the petition website. Please paw, and sign and share. 1/4 Americans suffers from a mental illness at some point in their lives, it is time to take some action for education!
I promise to hand deliver this to the board of education, and make sure the governor of Maryland gets a copy. I'm not going to stop until I'm heard!
