Room to rent this Summer
Room to rent 1.5 miles off campus!

I live on 16 red hearth ct, a two-room town house around 1.5 miles away from campus. The house itself is not that big, well rounded for a college student. It is sized at around 950 square feet, shared by you and one other person who is still currently living there.
House information-
-Parking is free and you can park right in the neighborhood. The neighborhood itself is very nice, as well as the people. Around 30% of the people in this neighborhood are students.
-The price for rent is 600$ a month, and this includes all utilities such as internet, water, electricity, washing machine and drying machine.
