I am currently looking for a person to fill a room for JUST the summer. I know this is very specific and a little odd. My current roommate is going home for the summer so the room is going to be vacant after finals are over. This situation would ideally work for someone who lives plans on working or something during the summer but lives on campus during the school year. Anyway, the room is in an apartment about two miles off campus. The $400 rent includes gas, electric, cable/internet, water, etc. Parking is free and no permit is required. Giant is across the street so one could walk to it if they wanted too. I currently have a small dog so you must be ok with that. She is very friendly once she gets to know you.
