I am a male undergraduate student at UMBC and I am subletting my private, furnished room (bed, closet etc) in a clean apartment for the summer. The apartment is a 3 BHK (always clean) shared by 2 other professional, full time working males. There is a UMBC shuttle bus just across the street, however, it is just 10-15 minute walking distance to UMBC campus. The area is very safe in Catonsville locality with lots of other UMBC students. I would recommend this room for a student planning to just take a summer course at UMBC or someone who is looking for a room for short term . Also, there are Giant and other grocery stores around this area (5 minute walking). NO SMOKING, NO PET.
