A 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with a balcony walking distance from UMBC.  If you like to bike there is a storage closet for the apartment to keep your bike by the laundry room.  It is also on the bus routs and down the street from the grocery store.

I'm a female graduate student looking for a roommate for at least the summer.  I would prefer a female roommate but I am open to guy roommates possibly.  I would also prefer another graduate student since I'm in a very studying intensive program but if you are respectful of me studying then I'd be happy to have you.  I'm not all studying though, I'm very athletic, go to the gym every day, really into hiking or any sport and I like to go out on weekends sometimes.  It would be great to be friends with my roommate but if you want to do your own thing that's fine with me.

I keep the place very clean for the most part.  Also I have a cat!  He is still young only 8 months so he can be pretty hyper and get into things.  He lives in the entire apartment not just my bedroom so I need someone who is cool with cats. Obviously its your choice to let him in your room or not, but he is very social and will want to see you lol
