Hey everyone, I have a 3- bedroom townhouse in which I have a room available.  The water utility is included in the rent, and utilities are variable, but everything overall should stay under 540$, and normally is about 500$. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and the house is furnished but if there are things you would like to bring you're welcome to bring that up. It's maybe a 15 minute walk from campus, driving may take longer due to traffic but it's been done in 5 minutes.
