Hey guys, my name is Aaron Kennet, and I'm currently running for SGA Finance Board.
My platform consists of:
1. Increasing funding for student organization events to establish a more fair, equal allocation of funds among different orgs.
2. Working with elected SGA Treasurer and VPSO to reach out to student organizations to get feedback on finance board procedure, in order to establish an appropriate, welcoming finance board environment for student organizations.
3. Reaching out to student organizations on time to properly communicate about allocation information.
Some of my SGA accomplishments have been: collaborating with elected SGA officials to set the budget (expansion of the T-Shirt fund, establishment of Stay Black and Gold Fund), student representative on Smoke Policy TaskForce.
