I'm number 2 on a wait list of a required CMSC 313 class with 40 people. I've never been on a wait list before, but with my position is it likely I will be added by August?

I could find another section but that would mean switching around my entire schedule.

Also, I'm trying to add CMSC 341 Data Structures but it says I need department consent. How do I get that? I'm currently taking one of the pre-reqs now, 203 and will likely pass no problem (I've already taken 201/202).
