Artwork put on display

Who thinks that it's pretty upsetting that when someone displays their artwork in the halls of the Fine Arts building, that they cant assume those pieces will remain unscathed?

Some of my classmates in VC3 had their sculptures put on display and we have come to find out that at least one of them was badly damaged. When we work hard on our pieces we expect them to be respected by others, and I am upset that our hard-work can be ruined in this manner.
We just ask that everyone please respect artwork that is on display and if you accidentally hit or bump it please just put the pieces back, don't leave them on the floor.
