I looked up the tuition for UMBC for the Fall semester of 2011 and I am wondering if anyone knows whether it is charged every semester like room and board, or is the tuition cover the entire 2011-2012 school year. I calculated the cost of  everything all together in order to give my dad an estimate, I only came up with $14 grand take or give some

However when i visited the page which projected cost for the 2010 - 2011 school year, the total cost came to about $18, 966 for an instate student.... What is going on here?
