PRANCERCISE!
Prancercise is "A springy,rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse's gait." Developed by Joanna Rohrback in 1989, Prancercise increased in popularity after the original instructional video went viral in 2012. Allow yourself to fulfill your own sense of self expression and get back to nature by exercising in it rather than a confined, unnatural, germ laden environment!
