Hello,
I am looking for a furnished one with utilities ready during the period of May - October. On that six months, I am supposed to visit UMBC as a visiting researcher. I want a quiet private room or 1br-apartment to feel comfortable and focus on study. Below is detailed description about me, wanted features, and contact information.
ABOUT ME :
- A 26-year-old male
- A well-educated, quiet, easy-going and considerate person
- Don't smoke and don't take drugs.
- Very clean

My hobbies are quite stable(?). Web surfing, music listening,
home-exercise are examples. Of course, swimming or going on a picnic on
some day is welcome. I also love hiking weekend.
- Current status is a graduate stduent and Ph.D candidate in Seoul National University, South Korea.

My schedule will be very regular. I plan to commute UMBC in regular
fashion, nine to six, for example. I go there for intensive study with
my academic adviser.

Mathematics & Statistics major. I think that if you do a job with
data or math, sometimes I would have a opportunity to help you.
- Security and credit check about me is welcome.
ROOM WANTED :
- Want six-month lease, May 1st - October 31st (In fact, May 4th - October 30th).
- On (or walking distance to) UMBC shuttle route. Local bus route to UMBC is quite okay.
- A private room rent or one-bedroom apartment lease

Utility (electric, water, gas, internet) / Furniture (bed, desk) /
Kitchen (microwave, gas range) / Laundry (washer, dryer) ready. Sharing
is okay.
- Bathroom sharing is also okay.
- It would be better if it is near to grocery store and shopping center, but it is quite less important.
- Safe area preferred
- $600-$1050 (negotiable) per a month including utilities.
(IF I SHARE AN APARTMENT/HOUSE WITH SOMEONE, I WANT)
- Similar roommate(s) with me. Prefer easy-going and considerate person(s).
- No smoke inside, and no drugs
- Quiet in the night time. I like party too, but no more than 2-3 times per a month.
- I don't care gender and sexual orientation.
- Pet is not preferred, but if the roomie keeps the house clean from pet, it's okay.
