Looking for suitemates to rent with

My friend and I are currently looking for 2 other people to look for and rent an apartment outside of UMBC.
I am currently a Freshman (soon to be sophomore) majoring in Computer Science. I'm looking to find an arrangement where there can be 4 people living in an apartment while we split the costs. I like don't mind animals, but would prefer not to live with any (allergies), I am mostly quite and spend most of my time on the computer, however, I do play some music out loud sometimes. Others playing loud music is also fine, as long as they agree to turn it down if asked. I'm not that social, but is not anti-social, so I won't mind people being brought over.
Need to be:
Financially responsible
Clean
Not a dick (I don't care if you have one though)
Be able to take care of their own shit
Ability to compromise
Preferably male
Be able to take jokes
Basically:
Pay rent on time
Be clean
Be chill
