Looking for a roommate

My current roommate is graduating out this May. Thus, I am looking to find someone who would occupy her room (12 x14) starting June 1st week. I live in a townhouse which is extremely close to UMBC.
About me: I am a 2nd year chemistry graduate student who loves watching movies and listening to music and going on hikes over weekend. I do love cooking over weekends and exploring the city when time and money permits me
What am I looking for? I am looking for a clean, mature, financially responsible roommate. I would prefer to room with seniors, graduate students and young professionals and have no preference for either gender (My current roommate is girl). However, I would prefer to room with someone who doesn’t have pets simply because cleaning pet hair is onerous.
The townhouse: It is in the Westand Terrace garden Apartments: There is a huge basement which contains a half bathroom and washer and dryer. The living room, kitchen and dining area are on the ground floor. The two bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the 1st floor.
Your share of rent : 508 + ½ utilities (generally comes to a total of about 590-620); Security deposit is $500
The townhouse is 1.2 miles from UMBC, on the Umbc and Baltimore shuttle lines. Also within 1 mile radius is Arbutus, Mars, Giant, and plenty other shopping options (refer to map)
