We have a lease signed until August and I dont think I can pay 2 rents for the rest of the lease so I am looking for a female student willing to move in April until the end of the summer. At that time you can sign a new lease with them. For the following school year.

So, I am currently sharing an apartment in Mount Ridge with a couple of female UMBC students and I just got a great job in DC and since I am only at school once a week I am thinking of moving closer to work.

The rent is reasonable at $434 a month and we share utilities. The apartment is 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with washer and dryer. It is just across from the UMBC transit stop, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and pharmacies. It is about 4 minutes walk to the #10 bus.
