Available as of 5/1/15! It's like 4-5 minutes from campus depending on how much you speed. If you don't consider yourself awesome, you should probably seek housing elsewhere. Also, if you don't like Star Wars, Settlers of Catan or the Princess Bride... c'mon. We're also fans of One Night Ultimate Werewolf, and like to cook chicken, burgers, and ribs a lot.
We've got a nice TV on which we watch netflix, but only good shows, playstation 3/4, WiiU, and atari 7800. We've got a deck with a grill, firepit, and a foosball table in the basement. It's a 2000+ sqft house, 3 floors. Parking is available for you just outside the development on Selford Road and is always available. It's literally a 20 second walk The very affordable room which is available is in the basement, 10x10 and the basement doesn't get used that much so you kind of have the whole floor to yourself. You'll have a bathroom pretty much to yourself, but share the shower which is upstairs. No drugs, and no smoking in the house. Typical 'don't-be-a-dick' rules apply. Your room will come with a Queen bed, a couple built-in sets of shelves, desk/table, office chair, and more space just outside the room if you need.
The room is $495 per month, including utilities. It's open as of May 3rd 2015, and available all summer, as well as during the semesters. It comes with a queensized bed, and two sets of wooden shelves.
