What is UMBC doing to prevent a data breach?
We don't want what happened at UMD to happen here

After the recent events at UMD, I thought it was necessary to start a thread to discuss UMBC's data security policy and what they are doing to prevent a similar data breach.
Please tell me that our data isn't stored unencrypted on a single database with only one layer of authentication. That would be unwise.
