I am looking to replace one of my roommates. Our lease goes on till July 1st but someone is moving out. We live at 2946 Keswick Road in a row-home turned into apartments. It's a really safe part of town, within walking distance to the Avenue and lots of fun places.

We are renting out a bedroom for $416 a month.
