Have you turned on the tv recently (if you can ever find the time) and flipped through the channels and came across Nickelodeon or Cartoon Network and thought "...What is this crap?" I have. I love cartoons. If it were up to me it would be all I ever watched. But I miss the OLD shows that we grew up on. Most of those shows have been replaced with crappy cartoons catered to children with little to no attention span lol I have come up with the idea for an informal "club" where a few of us meet up, watch an old cartoon or two, have some snacks, and reminisce. This isn't going to be an official UMBC organization, unless someone knows of a faculty/ staff member who is willing to serve as an advisor for a cartoon club lol (I can't think of any) this doesn't have to be limited to "old cartoons" or even just cartoons either. All television shows are fair game, though it would help if its atleast a few years old. There wouldn't be any rules for this club, no mandatory attendance, no pressure.
