Don't sign up for classes at CCBC, or you'll be sorry.

Over 1.5 months ago, I signed up for CAMM 111 at CCBC for the Spring 2014 semester. It's a class on machining: mills, lathes, that kind of thing. I paid my tuition weeks before classes started.
On the day that spring classes begin, at 10:05 AM today, I received a poorly written email from someone named John Lyons informing me, regretfully of course, that CAMM 111 has been canceled due to low enrollment.
Because the low number of enrollees was likely known to CCBC's administrators when I paid the tuition owed, and because the school waited until the day that classes began to tell me something that significantly alters my plans for this semester and beyond, I conclude that the school and its employees either don't care about the students or they are shiftless incompetent do-nothings.
I'm not looking for sympathy, just doing my part: stay away from CCBC. If you have to attend there, plan an alternative.
