Im gonna make this short and sweet. I am moving out of 4037 Wilkens Ave (less than 2 miles from school on arbutus line) and I am leaving a space that needs to be filled. It is in the basement of the house, very large, with a great bathroom, and already has furniture, beds and all. You will be having a roommate but what really sticks out is how CHEAP THE RENT IS!!!!!!!!! It is ONLY 375 a month with ALL utilities included. Also there is a dryer and a washer that is broken but is currently in the process of being replaced. The roommate is a kid named Lexus, he is cool as hell and will get along with anybody.
