La Scala Ristorante is seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and hard-working individuals to join our hosting team.

Our philosophy is simple – provide great traditional, home-style cooking with quality ingredients and personal attention. Hosts at La Scala provide the foundation for an incredible evening with a warm welcome and a near-religious devotion to the needs of our guests throughout their dining experience.

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

• Prior experience working in a front of house service position.

• A proven track record of providing high-quality customer experiences in a high-energy environment.

• The ability to communicate calmly and effectively with co-workers and guests in a fast-paced work setting.

• A meticulous eye for detail.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond when assisting guests, service team staff, and managerial figures.

• A flexible schedule to fit our night and weekend hours: Mondays—Thursdays, 4-10pm; Fridays—Saturdays 4-11pm; Sundays 2-10pm.
