Do UMBC official transcripts include the SAT/ACT scores?

Do UMBC official transcripts include the SAT/ACT scores that you sent in when applying to the school? The scholarship I am applying to requires SAT scores but mentions that we must send them in if they are not included in the official transcript which made me wonder if that is included already. Thanks!
