My name is Estelle, I am moving out of my town home and need to find someone to take over my room and take over my portion of the lease. It is a two story, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath with a big kitchen and living room downstairs. My room is the middle sized bedroom and it easily fits a queen bed and a couple dressers. The room has a large closet so you will have lots of room! Looking for someone to move in immediately or before the spring 2014 semester starts!
My townhome is part of Selford Townhome Community and they are great with service and keeping the area nice!
My current roommates are male and female, aged 24 and 21 respectively. They are both hard working students and courteous people to live with! I'm not moving out because of them, they are great!
