We currently have two rooms available for rent in our house. The house is located five minutes off campus and has a UMBC bus stop at the bottom of the street. There are four bedrooms in the house and a basement apartment. The house includes two full bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and both front and backyards with porches. Rent is $380 and additional bills (Comcast, BGE) add approximately $75 - pretty cheap living compared to other nearby places! In desperate need of girls to move in! The three current housemates are part of the women's lacrosse team and will be traveling a lot during this spring semester - leaving you with a lot of space while they're gone and a whole team of new friends to hang out with when they're home!
