Looking for female roommate replacement

Hello everyone. There is space available at an apartment 5 minutes away from the school. It is a nice apartment with a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, plenty of closet space and a bedroom that you would HAVE to share with the female UMBC student already living there. Rent is $825 a month; split between you and her it would be $425. Rent covers everything except electricity. Electricity is between $30-$60 a month split amongst the both of you.
