Hi there! I'm looking to fill a 3 bed, 1 bath apt at Mount Ridge, it's about 7 minutes from campus & is on the Arbutus bus line. It includes a washer & dryer in the unit! Rent is $425 per person, not including utilities. Utilities would probably be another $50-60 a person per month (water, cable/internet, bge). It's a super nice place.
