Can CMSC 491 Special Topics be repeated for more credits?
Different topics are covered every semester

CMSC 491 Special Topics in Computer Science covers different topics every semester and even during the semester in different sections. CS students need 3 CMSC4xx electives (excluding CMSC 404 and CMSC 495-499). So since this is essentially a class that is completely different every semester, can a student take this class twice (for different topics) and have it count toward 2 CMSC 4xx electives?
