I'm a UMBC 2014 Spring grad student, female, 26 years old. I'm trying to find a tidy and easygoing roommate (no gender preference) to rent a 2BR/2BA apartment together.

My budget for my share of the apartment rent is $450-$600 (including all the potential utilities), I have my own car, so I don't need to rent the place that close to the campus, we can discuss and decide where to live later on.
