The UMBC website has ** (FLEX dollars) next to papa johns on the resources page.
I have roughly 49$ of FLEX dollars and <2 weeks to spend them.
Everyone I have asked have responed:
"I do not personally know, but my X (Friend, Roomate, club) has done it before."

1) call in the order and tell them you're using flex and they'll ask for the number on your card (begins with a 9 I think)
2) go into the store and they'll deal with it in there, you hand them the card
3) place the order online, select pay with cash, and immediately call the store and tell them you just placed an order and want to pay by flex. from there you follow the second half of option 1.
