We're giving up our place in Paradise (a neighborhood very close to Catonsville and UMBC) but if you're looking for a new place right near campus this house cannot be beat.
It's a full house on a corner -- 2 bedrooms with den upstairs and a full living room and dining room along with ample kitchen downstairs. The basement is half finished and has a washer/dryer. Perfect for family or couple.
Bonus is the fully privacy fenced backyard with deck that gets shade from amazing tree and ample room for flower, vegetable and herb gardening. We did all three. Dog friendly with deposit. Ample parking out front.
We have had a terrific experience here and are sad to go. $1750 a month and you are two minutes from the Beltway and 10 minutes from UMBC.
