-PRIZES for being the MVP at any of our major events. For now it's bragging rights, but if we get enough support, maybe we can look into prizes like free games or DLC! 

Do you play games on your computer? Then you most likely have heard of Valve's "Steam" software. There's already a few UMBC based groups on Steam, but they all feel rather dead. No community events, nobody meeting or talking to each other, discussions tend to never start. And this is due mostly in part to there being a single admin for these groups that rarely play games anymore. To avoid this, I've made an official steam group for all UMBC students to join and grant admin privileges to anyone who's interested in hosting events. The goal is to have a long standing community of UMBC based PC gamers who play together in events and maybe even compete against others for fun!

***We don't have a ventrillo server yet but for now we can use a free program called "Dolby Axon." This program will only allow 150 total users to join but it'll do for now. We'll figure out ventrillo stuff if we really need it. Most games offer their own form of voice communication to begin with.
