Your Choices: Walk and Fail, or Don't Walk and Graduate

Whoever planned this semester should be fired.

So I was planning out end-of-the-semester social activities and that's when I stumbled onto this gem. Though I imagine this has been going on for several semesters, has anyone else noticed this? I feel really bad for the people who are stuck in this situation.
