After a recent drug and dog-fighting bust in West Baltimore and a recent spike in owner-surrenders, BARCS is overflowing with dogs. There are more dogs than there is room, which means many good, beautiful pups will be unfairly euthanized. Give them a chance. If you're looking for a furry friend, head to BARCS!
