Is the pop up survey for "umbc.edu" real? or SPAM?

I was just wondering if the survey that popped up when i typed in my.umbc.edu is real. It says its by some company by DealSlider... The part that concerns me is this...

UMBC hasn't authorized it? Then why am I getting a pop up?

Edit: I am running every "anti-" software i own just in case this is something on my end. Also, I removed the "website" link from the post just in case it is an attack...
