We’re excited to invite you to participate in our annual Talent Learning & Development Needs Assessment Survey, open now through April 24, 2025.

Your input helps shape meaningful professional development opportunities that support your growth and success. Studies show that employees who engage in learning and development are 47% more productive and 21% more likely to feel confident in their roles—your voice directly impacts the way we design programs to support you and your colleagues.

My name is Dianna Koger, and I am a senior at UMBC majoring in Public Health while also competing as a student-athlete on the track and field team. As graduation approaches, this moment is deeply emotional for me it represents years of dedication, sacrifice, and the unwavering support of my family, who have been my greatest source of strength.

My grandmother is truly the light of my world. She has been there for me through every milestone, cheering me on, lifting me up, and reminding me of my worth even in my hardest moments. The thought of her not being able to witness me walk across that stage breaks my heart. Unfortunately, with only five tickets, I am struggling to ensure that my entire household family and my grandparents can be included in this once-in-a-lifetime moment.

So, I come to you all with humility and hope—if anyone has an extra ticket (or two) for the commencement ceremony on May 22nd at 10 AM, it would mean the absolute world to me. This is more than just a graduation for me it’s a symbol of everything my family and I have worked for. Please let me know if you can help make this moment complete.
