<Title>New DocuSign Form:  HR PeopleSoft &amp; PageUp Security Request</Title>

    <div class="html-content"><div><p><span>The Human Resources Department is excited to announce our new DocuSign process for handling HR PeopleSoft and PageUp security requests. The <a href="https://docusign.umbc.edu/secure/prd/FormToDocuSign/Form2DS.php?cfg=HR_SecurityAccess" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">HR PeopleSoft &amp; PageUp Security Request Form</a> has transitioned from paper to the electronic DocuSign platform. </span></p><p><span><strong>What will you notice? </strong>Users will notice improved efficiency and turnaround responses as requests will be electronically submitted and routed to the appropriate signature authorities for review and approval process. Once department approval has been obtained and recorded in DocuSign, the form will be routed to the appropriate HR representative(s) for review, approval and processing. </span></p><p><span>The HR Approvers will remain the same and the electronic requests will be routed accordingly: </span></p><ul><li><span>HR PeopleSoft Security - Sherrell McNamara </span></li><li><span>PageUp Security - Kim Harris &amp; Rosemarie Mahoney</span></li></ul><p><span>Requestors and users will receive a notification once access request(s) have been acted upon (status of Completed or Rejected) by the HR Approver(s). </span><span> </span><span>To help guide users who are not familiar with DocuSign, a <a href="https://umbc.app.box.com/s/phxk6ho3zlm7mvx1btv62hnb95x3pq13" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">tutorial guide</a> is attached for end user reference.</span></p><p><strong>Special Note for HR PeopleSoft access:</strong><span> The new DocuSign process <u><strong>does not</strong></u> replace the paper Signature Authorization Form for <u><strong>Payroll Preparer and Payroll Approver</strong></u> access requests. Users needing one of these two roles (Payroll Preparer or Payroll Approver) must continue to submit the paper Signature Authorization Form for security and payroll review and processing.  </span>  <span><br></span></p><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Sherrell J.
