Back by popular demand — the Telling Our Stories Showcase featuring creative performances and an open mic for women of color! 

The showcase will be held on Wednesday, March 30th, 2016 from 5:30-7:30pm in The Commons Sports Zone.

Spoken word, music, monologues, visual art, and other performances are welcome. All self-identified women of color interested in participating in the showcase, please contact megan@umbc.edu for more information. 

The Women's Center's Telling Our Stories project aims to empower women of color to reject stereotypes and celebrate their authentic self-expression. Check out the recap of last year's showcase here!
