At the Open Enrollment Health Benefits and Wellness Fair on April 19th, we’d like to share some tips from our campus community about your favorite individual or coordinated group wellness activities.
For example starting your day with meditation, walking at lunch time, stretching at your desk, your favorite ‘time management’ tip, a department Walking Group, or ‘Biggest Loser’ program.
