    <div class="html-content"><h4><strong>Orientation 2018: O-Team Application Information</strong></h4><p>Thank you for your interest in being a part of the O-Team!  As an O-Team member, you would have an opportunity to be a part of one or more of the following areas:</p><p></p><ul><li><strong>Summer Orientation</strong>: a day-long event designed to provide new students with the opportunity to meet other new students, meet an advisor to register for classes, and meet faculty and staff while also learning more about everything UMBC has to offer<ul><li><strong>Orientation Peer Advisors (OPAs)</strong> will work with over 3,000 incoming freshmen and transfer students and their families to serve as a resource for their transition to UMBC</li></ul></li><li> <strong>Welcome Week:</strong> a week and a half long series of social and educational events designed to help new students meet other students and learn about opportunities in and out of the classroom<ul><li><strong>Welcome Week Leaders (Woolies)</strong> will develop relationships and encourage a group of 25-35 new students to engage with Welcome Week events while also helping with the logistics of Welcome Week</li></ul></li><li><strong>Introduction to an Honors University (IHU) Seminar/Transfer (TRS) Seminar/Computing (COMP): </strong>a semester-long course designed to help new students develop academic skills and learn about campus resources for college success<ul><li><strong>Peer Facilitators</strong> will co-teach, on a weekly basis, an IHU/TRS/COMP course with a staff instructor during the fall and/or spring semester</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Application Process:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Application is now LIVE!     <div class="html-content">Put your creativity to the test and enter your team into our Condom Art Contest!<div><br></div><div>CONTEST INFORMATION:<div>* Each team must be up to 5. Only 10 teams total will be accepted on a first come first serve basis</div><div><span>* Each team will receive a bag of 200 condoms to use in their art project. </span></div><div><span><u><br></u></span></div><div><span><strong>To enter the contest, please contact Samantha Smith at <a href="mailto:samsmith@umbc.edu">samsmith@umbc.edu</a> </strong><u><strong>with your team member information. </strong></u></span></div><div><span><br></span></div><div>Teams will be expected to bring their final projects to our event on <strong>Monday, April 24th from 7-9 pm</strong> in The Commons Sports Zone. Drop off by 6:45 pm. Students will have the opportunity to view all 10 projects and vote on their favorite one. <Title>QM17 Artist Reveal Postponed</Title>

    <div class="html-content"><p>Karma isn't our friend y'all and just like that <a href="https://www.facebook.com/hashtag/sik?source=feed_text" rel="nofollow external" class="bo"><span><span>#</span><span>sik</span></span></a> april fools joke we played on you, we were also just April foolsed and unfortunately we won't be able to reveal our artist today. We were just given some artist updates that need to be resolved before we can let you all know who's going to be at the RAC.</p><p>We aren't trying to be secretive, but we just want to make sure that everything is good to go when the 23rd rolls around so as soon as we hear anything, we'll let you know. Prepare for a release later this week/earlier next week that will be amazing!</p><p>In the mean time, if you have any questions or concerns, (seb) representatives will be on the Terrace today from 12-1 PM to help!</p></div>
