    <div class="html-content">Looking for an engineer to help bring my senior project to life! <div><br><div>Knowledge of Arduino, Python, soldering and micro electronics is recommend. </div><div><br></div><div>I am creating an interactive installation combining a sculpture, with touch designer and Arduino elements. There are two main goals, I am looking to achieve, the first is to change the LED lights to work along side the installation. Second I would like to have a sensor embedded into a podium which will track and collect the subjects heart rate and then is visualized through imagery and sound.     <div class="html-content"><span>This program will provide you with first-hand experiences with Italian visual culture in all its forms through both classroom lecture and on-site visits. </span><span>On this program, you will take two UMBC courses for a total of</span><u><strong> 6-credits. </strong></u><ul><li><strong>ART 329: Roman Visual Culture (3 credits) </strong>This course explores the painting, sculpture, decorative arts, and architecture created during the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries in Rome. Through firsthand experience, the class examines art and architecture within the context in which it was originally created. In addition to visiting historical sites, students experience other aspects of Italian visual culture such as authentic cuisine and music from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. </li></ul><p> <em>and</em></p><ul><li><strong>ART 369 or ART 392: Mobile Imaging in Italy (3 credits) </strong>This course introduces students to the latest in mobile imaging technologies, techniques and applications, guiding them to create compelling still images and videos of ancient buildings, art and artifacts within the urban landscape of Rome. This class provides a unique opportunity to explore key historical sites, buildings, parks, and plazas while also learning about a variety of online image sharing platforms as a means to display and disseminate the work created. <Title>Kanopy Access   ( ??? )</Title>

    <div class="html-content"><div><br></div><div>Hey Visual Arts Undergrads,</div><div><br></div><div>I'm writing this post because I noticed the other day that most of Kanopy's film library had been removed from UMBC's access. When I talked to a librarian about it, they said that it wasn't really in the budget. </div><div><br></div><div>So for example my Watchlist had hundreds of films on it and now it only has 30. The access has been dramatically limited.</div><div><br></div><div>The librarian recommended that I use a MD public library card to access more titles through Kanopy than UMBC can offer, so I wanted to pass along that information. </div><div><br></div><div>I think it would be helpful for the student body to be notified of these changes and solutions, but hopefully, people will see this post and word will spread. Kanopy is a really incredible resource and archive, so I want to encourage students to keep exploring it. </div></div>
