A pair of security researchers recently stated that Apple has maintained a record which logs everywhere iPhone users go. Driven to the grocery store lately? Well Apple knows.
So how long this has been going on? According to these people, some users have been unknowingly tracked for almost a year now. But the real catch is Apple claims they have a right to do so based on the bottom of their lengthy terms and agreement contract
Apple and our partners and licensees may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your Apple computer or device
So is Apple invading our privacy or is this just a new feature of the 21st Century? Should we be worried or should we just read our contracts more closely?
