There is a certain someone from Alaska who has been getting an awful lot of attention of late. From TV to Twitter this former Governess has been governing the media.

One prominent journalist has decided to strike back. Dana Milbank of the Washington Post has made this declaration:

I hereby pledge that, beginning on Feb 1, 2011, I will not mention Sarah Palin – in print, online or on television – for one month. Furthermore, I call on others in the news media to join me in this pledge of a Palin-free February.

She-that-shall-not-be-named will be deprived of the oxygen of publicity, so the logic goes. Well let’s see.

We at USDemocrazy will try our best to join this crusade, but it won’t be easy. We have tried giving up Oreos and beer pong in the past with little success (not a good combination).
