Here we go, election night is in full swing. A swath of eastern states have already closed their doors and results are starting to come in. Ones to watch? Florida, and Virginia. Right now it stands with Obama up in Florida 50%-49% and Romney up 59% to 38% in Virginia.
Next batch of polls set to close at 8pm. Stay tuned.

Just heard a bit of weird news on ABC. After billions of dollars, two years of running, cascades of ads, and it looks like things will be exactly the same after tonight. Were not calling the election, just looking at a possibility. Democracy.

Romney up in Florida by 200,000 votes. Awaiting returns from Texas, Oklahoma, and New England.

Senate races to watch: Tim Kaine (D) and George Allen (R) are running a nail bitter in Virginia. This could be the maker and breaker of who controls the Senate next term. Also toss ups in Massachusetts, and Indiana could be crucial. Right now Democrats Donnelly and Warren are up over their respective opponents Mourdock and Brown. But it’s a toss up anything is possible tonight.
