UMBC undergraduate Achsah Joseph is studying Northern Uganda's peace-building plans created by the Acholi chiefs. Achsah found that the Strategic Plan's success is based on traditional Acholi
culture but many modifications need to be made in order to address
the needs of the younger Acholi population. Hear about her work at URCAD. She will speak on Wednesday, April 27 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the UC Ballroom.
