Special needs:
Set up -- Tuesday, April 21 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Ballroom, getting ready for URCAD
Last-minute posters -- Tuesday, April 21 after 6 p.m. Can you help for an hour?
Early Birds -- can you get to the University Center by 7:30 a.m. to help for a couple of hours so the day gets off to a good start?
AV -- are you comfortable making sure the .ppt projects correctly? Sign up to hel out the non techies. Needed for 9:30 to noon or 12:45 to 4 p.m.
Photographers -- Do you have a digital camera? Can you take pictures between noon and 4 p.m. on April 22?
Helping out -- Main shifts are 9 :30 a.m to 12:30 or 12:30 to 4 p.m. Greet guests, usher them into rooms, issue (new improved design) URCAD stickers.
